Cinego Shorts opened its Films On Mental Health program yesterday (October 9, 2021) with a list of short films from filmmakers worldwide and a recorded discussion facilitated by psychotherapists and mental health advocates. The discussion was moderated by Tehmina Lodhi from Pakistan. Lodhi is a BWRT (Brain Work Recursive Therapy) practitioner and the only one using the said approach in her country. The panelists includes Sana Habib, a mental health professional with years of work on education; Nimra Azmat, a psychotherapist and a member of BAPC (British Association of Private Counselling); and Angela Mehkri, a mental health advocate currently completing her advanced diploma on Humanistic Integrated Therapy.
